Background:
Envi Lodges – Luxury Five-Star Safari Property is seeking a dynamic, service-driven Assistant Camp Manager to join the management team at a luxury five-star safari camp in the Serengeti.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest level of personalized guest service
- Coordinate guest activities and experiences
- Oversee daily operations across all departments
- Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement processes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial role at a luxury lodge or camp
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
