Assistant Accountant
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with outstanding computer applications skills. Dunes would include, to:

• Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports for accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting standards
  
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
  
• Prepare financial management reports
  
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close and report to management
  
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advise
  
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
  
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
  
• Develop, implement, modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
  
• Analyze on a monthly basis chargeable and non- chargeable time for each stall
  
• Update accounts receivable list and debtors age analysis
  
• Follow up on firm’s outstanding debts
  
• Compute all relevant taxes, prepare, and tile tax returns to ensure compliance with statutory authorities.
