The Agroforestry Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Serve as the organization’s technical agroforestry expert
• Have knowledge of the value chain and processing requirements of each crop recommended
• Understand the ideal and actual mechanical requirements of an agroforestry system in Kigoma
• Create growth assessment templates for all crops grown
• Manage all data entry and analysis of all crops grown
• Make regular visits to our eight agroforestry plots to monitor growth and address any issues that may arise
• Directly support team operations
• Support organizational efforts to make agroforestry programs more efficient and
