JOB DETAILS:
Are you passionate about expanding financial access through innovative banking solutions? We are seeking a proactive and driven Agency Banking Officer to manage, grow, and support our network of banking agents across the region.
Key Qualities We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong understanding of agency banking models and operations
✔ Proven experience in agent recruitment, training, and performance monitoring
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Ability to analyze data and optimize agent network performance
✔ Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to agency banking
Experience: Minimum 3 years in agency banking, digital financial services, or related banking operations
