JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Kuingiza kumbukumbu katika kompyuta;
- Kutoa ushauri kwa wateja;
- Kupokea, kukagua na kusambaza majalada kwa maafisa kwa utekelezaji.
- Kusaidia Maafisa Ardhi katika ukaguzi na kuchukua kumbukumbu, picha taarifa, vipimo vya majumba na michoro;
- Kujumuisha na kuandaa taarifa za ukaguzi;
- Kuandaa rasimu za Hati na uingizaji wa plani ya Hati (deed plan);
- Kuagiza plani za Hati (Deed Plan).
Qualifications
Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa Kidato cha Nne au cha Sita, wenye Stashahada (NTA Level 6) katika mojawapo ya fani zifuatazo; Land Management and Valuation, Law kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali.
