Not have previously been employed by any Public Institution after graduation.

Salary and allowances will be paid in accordance with the Volunteer Guidelines in the Public Service, June 2025 Edition. Other allowances will be paid in accordance with the Laws, Regulations, and Procedures of the Public Service.

General Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be Tanzanian citizens aged 18–35 years.
• Submit an application letter.

  • National ID (NIDA).
  • Certified academic certificates.
  • Professional certificates.
  • Full professional registration and valid practicing license (where applicable).
  • Two passport-size photographs.
  • Recommendation letter from the Village or Street Executive Officer.
  • Be the lawful holder of all submitted certificates.
  • Have two guarantors who are Public Servants.
  • Not have previously been employed by any Public Institution after graduation.
  • Have foreign secondary education certificates verified by NECTA.
