JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate financial reports to support business decisions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
