JOB DETAILS:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
O prepare budget forecasts
O publish financial statements in time
O handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
O reconcile accounts payable and receivable
O ensure timely bank payments
O compute taxes and prepare tax returns
O manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
O report on the company's financial health and Liquidity
O audit financial transactions and documents
O reinforce financial data confidentiality and Conduct database backups when necessary
O comply with financial policies and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
O Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
O Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
O Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
O Experience with general ledger functions
O Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
O Ordinary Diploma in Accounting/Finance
O Female Candidates are Highly encouraged to apply
