We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our company's financial operations.

Qualification Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• A CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience is required. Experience in consultancy, professional services, or corporate finance is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance and financial reporting is essential.

Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax regulations and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, Xero, or similar ERP systems).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
• Budget preparation and financial analysis. Payroll management. Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
