Background
Whistling Woods in Morogoro is seeking to fill the position of Room Attendant within the Housekeeping Department. This role reports to the Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor and has 5 vacancies. The primary objective is to ensure assigned guest rooms are cleaned, serviced, and maintained to the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, tidy, and replenish amenities in guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Make beds, change linens, and vacuum floors.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost items.
- Ensure guest privacy and security while cleaning rooms.
- Restock housekeeping trolley and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Respond to guest requests courteously.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: high school
