JOB DETAILS:
Duties and responsibilities
• Preparing the estimate of the required equipment (Schedule of Requirements);
• Preparing the order of receipt of materials;
• Preparing and maintaining data on the receipt, handling and distribution of equipment;
• Managing the receipt, distribution and handling of equipment (Phisical Distribution);
• Design a warehouse and storage system (Location Index Design);
• Preparing various material information;
• Calculate and report the value of the equipment in the barn in accordance with existing procedures;
• Preparing documents to receive materials
• Providing supplies to users (Distribute goods to user Department and other users; and
• Doing other duties assigned to him or her by his or her supervisor.

Qualification and experience
• Employed with a Bachelor's Degree / Higher Diploma in Purchasing or Supply from a Government Recognized College or with a "Professional level Ill" offered by the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB); be registered with PSPTB as a "Graduate Procurement and Supplies Professional".
