JOB DETAILS:

XYZ Transport Ltd, in collaboration with Rainbow Assembling Ltd, is excited to announce 30 job openings for heavy vehicle drivers, specifically for tipping trailer trucks. Qualified and experienced Tanzanian candidates are encouraged to apply.

Applicant Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for the driver positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Training and Experience: Must have completed driving training from a government-recognized institution such as VETA or NIT and have at least one year of driving experience without causing any accidents.
• Integrity: Must be honest with no record of theft or criminal activities.
• Certification: Must possess a certificate from a government-recognized training institution.
• Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license (Class not specified in the original text).
• Local Government Endorsement: Must provide a letter of introduction from the local government office (Mtaa).
• Age and Mental Fitness: Must be mentally sound, aged between 25 and 50 years.
• Guarantors: Must provide two guarantors, each with a letter of introduction from a local government office (Mtaa or Kata).
• Work History: Must submit a letter or certificate of service from a previous employer to verify performance.
• National Identification: Must include a national ID or NIDA number with the application.
