JOB DETAILS:
Duties and responsibilities
• Having simple litigation in court;
• True Appeal cases to the High Court;
• Provide legal advice to the government under the supervision of Senior Advocates;
• Dealing with cases of births, deaths, marriages and cases arising from inheritance in the Court;
• Supervising the preparation of statistics relating to marriage, divorce, change and annulment of marriage;
• Preparing a document on the Laws that the Government / Law Reform Commission wants to be researched and amended;
• Conducting Legal Studies;
• To educate the public on matters of the Constitution and Human Rights;

Qualification and experience
• Employed with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Government Recognized Colleges and successfully completed a one-year law course at Tanzania Law School of Tanzania.
