Credit Officer II
Employment Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Work Station : Kakonko (Kigoma), Makambako and Bukoba

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To Identify potential client and Group formation
  
• Responsible for the review and approval of loans proposals of the PTF and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure;
  
• To prepare Daily, weekly and monthly report;
  
• To process and facilitate the loan application process and keep client information and reports;
  
• To conduct client training (Pre-and post-loan training) in order to attain and maintain high quality portfolio;
  
• To ensure high level of customer care and services;
  
• To provide business advices to clients where necessary; and
  
• To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Branch Manager.
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree or advanced Diploma either in Accountancy, Economics or Business Administration from recognized institutions.
  
• Knowledge and clear understanding of procedures, regulations, policies and laws governing microfinance sector will be an added advantage.
