JOB DETAILS:

Procurement Officer II (2 Posts)

Minimum Entry Qualifications

Must be a holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Procurement and Supplies Management, Material Management, Logistics Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

Must be registered by PSPTB as Graduate (or higher).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a location index system in the store.
• Issue approved tendering and contract documents and maintain register of all contract.
• Maintain updated inventory of goods, supplies and materials.
• Maintain an updated inventory of goods, supplies and materials.
• Assist in the process of procurement tenders as per approved ATCL policies and procedures.
• Maintain records for each local purchase order.
• Perform any other official duty as may be assigned by your supervisor.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
