Job Overview:
To assist guests with luggage, provide information, and offer courteous and prompt service to enhance the guest arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage to and from rooms.
- Explain room features and hotel amenities to guests.
- Deliver items (e.g., mail, packages) to guest rooms.
- Provide directions and information about local facilities.
- Assist with valet parking (if applicable) and maintain the lobby entrance area.
- Run errands for guests and front office as needed.
