JOB DETAILS:
Department: Laundry
Reports to: Executive Housekeeper
Number of Vacancies: 2
Job Overview: To oversee the daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficient processing of hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Laundry Attendants and coordinate workflow.
- Operate and maintain laundry machinery (washers, dryers, ironers).
- Ensure proper sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storage of all linens.
- Monitor and control chemical and linen inventory.
- Uphold quality control and stain removal standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
