JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide advice and conduct legal research where required according to the Ministry, Government Department or its location;
• Liaise with other Offices regarding legal matters on the instructions of senior Legal Officers.
• Communicating with the Attorney General on litigation matters affecting the Ministry / Government Department where he is
• Contact with the Attorney General on all matters relating to the drafting of the Law
• Ensuring that agreements / agreements are made in accordance with the laws of the country where he is located
• Contact with the police and the Director of Public Prosecutions regarding criminal cases in his area.

Qualification and Experience
• Employees with undergraduate law degrees from Government recognized colleges and who have completed a law course recognized by the Attorney General's Office or successfully completed a one-year law course at the Law School of Tanzania.
