JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to assess its safety condition.
2. Transport employees to various locations for official duties.
3. Perform minor vehicle repairs/maintenance.
4. Collect and distribute various documents.
5. Record and maintain details of all trips in the trip logbook.
6. Clean the vehicle.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Education:
   • Completion of Form IV (O-Level) and possession of a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE).
2. Licensing:
   • Valid Class "E" (heavy vehicles) or Class "C" (light vehicles) driver’s license.
3. Experience:
   • At least 1 year of accident-free driving experience.
4. Training:
   • Certificates from training that qualified the applicant for the relevant license classes.
   • Completion of a Basic Driving Course from the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) or another government-recognized institution.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
