About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and efficient Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities. You will manage receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Train, schedule, and oversee warehouse staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by managing space, layout, and equipment.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Liaise with the Sales and Accountant departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels and team performance.
- Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Retail environments is essential.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
