Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining safety standards and supervising warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising daily warehouse operations including, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation of goods received and issued.
• Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO procedures were applicable.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate duties effectively.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
• Coordinating with procurement and finance departments.
• Prepare periodic warehouse performance

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in warehouse supervision or related role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organization and problem solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
