Citymall is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

WAITRESS – 4 POSTS

The Waitress will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient and professional service to customers while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and assist customers with their selections where necessary.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organised and properly arranged.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns courteously.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
• Process customer bills and payments where required.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and customer service.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient daily operations.
