JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary
Deliver exceptional dining service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set tables with cutlery, glassware, napkins per standard.
- Take food & beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals (buffet or plated) and drinks.
- Clear tables, reset for next seating.
- Handle dietary requests (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free).
- Assist with barista/beverage preparation if trained.
Requirements:
Fluent English; Swahili; ability to stand 8+ hours; basic math for bills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
