Job Description:
We are hiring friendly and attentive Waiters/Waitresses to serve food and drinks to guests, take orders and provide excellent customer service. You must have good communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to stay calm during busy hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and present menus
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Check on customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer payments and issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Waiter/Waitress is a plus.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
