Background

To design and develop competency-based training programmes and instructional materials that support adult learning, enhance knowledge transfer, and strengthen programme capacity through effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design competency-based curricula and learning materials.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant manuals, and visual learning resources.
• Adapt training materials for adult learners and rural communities.
• Support Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes.
• Evaluate and improve training content using participant feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in curriculum and training programme development.
• Strong understanding of participatory adult learning methodologies.
• Experience developing instructional materials and facilitation resources.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
