JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To oversee daily operations, lead the service team, and ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign duties to cashiers, bartenders, waitstaff, and hostesses.
• Monitor service quality and address customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing laws.
• Assist with cash-ups and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Train and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age 18 years and above.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
