Job Description
Responsible for managing workshop operations, equipment maintenance, and engineering support for agricultural machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop operations and maintenance activities
- Manage mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance
- Lead workshop staff and ensure safety compliance
- Plan equipment readiness for farming operations
- Control maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Agricultural / Automobile Engineering
- Must be a registered professional engineer
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience
Work Hours: 8
