We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead large-scale mining and industrial projects.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

PROJECT DELIVERY

• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.

SAFETY & SHEQ

• Champion a zero-harm culture and ensure compliance with SHEQ systems.

COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE

• Manage budgets, costs, forecasts and deliver profitability.

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP

• Lead and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.

CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS

• Build strong partnerships and drive stakeholder satisfaction.

RISK & GOVERNANCE

• Manage risks, contracts, change and statutory compliance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE

• Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Project Management qualification advantageous.
• Valid medical fitness for mining environments.
• Relevant professional registration advantageous.
• Knowledge of mining safety legislation.
• Contract management (FIDIC/NEC advantageous).
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office.
• Strong cost control, forecasting and reporting skills.
