To support its growth and strengthen its market presence, HBS is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the school’s brand, increasing student enrollment, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that support the institution’s long-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to support student enrollment and institutional growth
- Drive customer engagement and brand awareness campaigns across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends
- Manage digital marketing activities, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media campaigns
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, clients, partners, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance indicators and recommend improvement strategies
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, school tours, and community outreach activities
- Create and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and communication campaigns that align with the school’s brand identity
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and digital marketing tools
- Advanced computer proficiency, including CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, and graphic design or content creation tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective marketing strategies
- Creative thinking, initiative, and strong organizational skills
