Jubilee Life Insurance Tanzania is currently hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand its retail and branch network.
Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and supporting sales expansion across retail and corporate segments.
Key Deliverables
- Drive revenue growth and client acquisition in target markets
- Build strategic partnerships to expand market presence
- Deliver strong KPI-driven sales performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
- Strengthen collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize CRM and analytics to improve performance
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow insurance business
- Identify new market opportunities and tailor solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting and closing
- Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery
- Track sales performance using KPIs, CRM tools, and reports
- Ensure adherence to compliance and ethical business practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Postgraduate is an added advantage)
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CRM, Data Protection, Insurance)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Strong business development and market expansion experience
