SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – CONSTRUCTION & AGRI MACHINERY

MACHINE SALES | DAR ES SALAAM

Responsibilities

• Achieve national annual, quarterly, & monthly sales & payment collection targets.

• Support the development & execution of strategies for products, sales channels, after-sales services, & team development.

• Develop, onboard, & manage dealers & distribution channels across the country.

• Drive channel development, showroom operations, product promotions, & other retail marketing activities.

• Build & manage the local agricultural machinery sales team while coordinating effectively with subsidiary departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or heavy machinery industry.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in market development, business expansion.

• Existing dealer networks or agricultural machinery channel resources will be a strong advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, team management, & sales performance skills.
