Background

Elephant Lodge Tanzania is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Human Resource Officer to join its team in Arusha. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting human resource operations, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development within a hospitality environment.

Key Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years' HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Odoo HR or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage
• Previous work experience in Hospitality or Tourism is an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: bachelor degree
