WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversees Petty Cash App maintenance across Tanzania.
- • Ensures the bonus calculation process runs smoothly.
- • Supervises the HR App and related processes.
- • Must be able to use SQL to pull data for ad-hoc requests.
- • Conduct data cleaning and prepare datasets for analysis.
- • Perform data merging to consolidate multiple data sources into comprehensive datasets.
- • Implement data quality control measures to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- • Create reports and visualizations.
- • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- • Develop and maintain automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- • Any other work-related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
WHAT YOU NEED
- • Must have a Degree in statistics or analytics or any other relevant related field.
- • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- • Must have excellent computer skills.
- • Must be Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
- • Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- • Must have excellent analytical skills.
- • Must be Fluent in English and Swahili both verbally and written
