JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

Realstar Security Tanzania is looking for 3 qualified English-speaking Security Supervisors to strengthen our operations and maintain the highest standards of security service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate security operations and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate incident records.
• Train, mentor, and motivate security staff.
• Liaise with clients and management on operational matters.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum O-level education (A-level or higher is an added advantage).
• Valid Security Guard License (G4 or G5) .
• At least 2 years experience as a Security Supervisor.
• Good leadership, communication, and report writing skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
