About the Role

DOMAKA is seeking talented, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Sales and Marketing Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving company growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Proactively identify sales opportunities, engage potential clients, and achieve company sales targets.

Brand Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to enhance company visibility and promote DOMAKA’s offerings across target audiences.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing clients through exceptional interpersonal communication.

Market Research: Gather client feedback and market trends to help adapt promotional strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work both independently and alongside team members to execute cohesive sales initiatives.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience: Relevant academic qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.

Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work self-sufficiently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Professional Standards: Strong commitment, high level of professionalism, and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt.
