As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of services.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and qualifying prospects for our marketing, branding, printing, and event management services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our market presence in Arusha and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve our offerings.
- Represent Kena’s Group at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within an agency environment or a related service industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding principles, and event management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Arusha and Tanzanian business landscape is a significant advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
