Position 2: Sales Representative (formerly Sales Manager)
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
Major: Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce, IT, or related fields
Work Experience: 1+ year
Work Location: Dar es Salaam
Key Skills: Key account development, marketing communication, self‑media operation
Job Requirements:
- Rich experience in channel sales within IT/advertising media, security surveillance, intelligent systems, or audio‑video industries;
- Familiar with social media management and digital marketing tools and platforms;
- Possess a potential B2B customer base.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for regional product expansion, customer development, and planning/execution of regional operations;
- Based on the company’s overall operational strategy, derive operational models suitable for each regional market;
- Build and maintain good relationships with corporate and government clients to improve customer satisfaction;
- Participate in the development and implementation of various marketing promotion plans;
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and year‑end regional sales forecasts (KPIs) and regularly report on work progress.
