The Sales Personnel will be responsible for driving product sales, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the achievement of the company's sales objectives. Successful candidates will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer engagement
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct regular visits to customers and maintain professional relationships
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Coordinate with the distribution and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing revenue growth
Qualifications required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Experience in the beverage, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Basic computer literacy and report preparation skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
