JOB DETAILS:

Reuna Group, a growing enterprise in the fish distribution and processing industry, is looking for a Salesperson with over 3 years of experience in sales and marketing to join our dynamic team in Vikindu, Mkuranga District.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market reach.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance indicators.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the food distribution or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with sales software and Microsoft Office tools.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus.
