THE OPPORTUNITY
Company: Lesso Africa Company Ltd
Location: Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam
Position: Sales Officers (10 Positions – Both Male and Female)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Generation: Proactively identify potential customers and new market segments to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clients, contractors, and project managers.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations of the company’s products and services, highlighting technical advantages and value propositions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and persistence.
- Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of current market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support to foster long-term business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school certificate or diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically covering both Wholesale and Project-based sales.
- Core Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Residency: Must be a current resident of Dar es Salaam.
