Key responsibilities

The Sales Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the assigned region.
  • Conduct field visits to construction sites, retailers, and distributors to secure orders.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly regional sales targets.
  • Maintain clear reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong sales track record.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
  • Prior experience in sales within the hardware, building materials, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
