Sales Manager / Sales Personnel (Tech savy & customer-Focused)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable computer products and accessories.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Educate customers on product features, warranties, and after-sales support.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and updated with the latest promotions and tech stock.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions.
