Korsia Company Limited is partnering with a multinational client entering the Tanzanian market to identify and attract outstanding talent.
The client is building modern commercial centres for businesses and residential living, with ambitious plans to expand across East Africa.
Purpose of the role
Korsia Company Limited is seeking four dynamic Sales Executives to support the General Sales Manager in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting the client’s real estate developments.

Key outputs
The successful candidates will be expected to:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for commercial and residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse nationalities.
- Present and promote real estate projects to investors, businesses, and individuals.
- Support the General Sales Manager in executing sales strategies.
- Provide market insights to strengthen the company’s expansion into East Africa.
Key responsibilities
Sales and client management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals professionally.
Team collaboration
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager to align activities with corporate goals.
- Share market intelligence and client feedback.
- Contribute to a high-performing sales culture.
Market expansion
- Position the company competitively in Tanzania’s real estate market.
- Support expansion strategies into Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and beyond.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of three to five years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work with people of diverse nationalities, including Tanzanian residents of any nationality, such as Arabs, Americans, Indians, and Kenyans.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
