  • Description:
  • The Relationship Manager; Affluent is responsible for managing client relationships within the assigned branch, focusing on sustaining customer satisfaction, retaining existing high-net-worth clients, and generating additional business. This role involves growing assets and liabilities from public sector, government, institutional, corporate, and SME clients through sales activities, customer visits, and cross-selling NMB products. Key responsibilities include portfolio growth, risk minimization, and ensuring quality service delivery while adhering to KYC and AML regulations. The role also entails coaching other bank employees on handling private banking clients and maintaining an effective call program.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Thorough knowledge of bank products, operations, and private banking client needs
    • Excellent client management, communication, and networking skills
    • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Good sales, negotiation, and report-writing skills
  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business-related studies
    • 3 years’ experience in banking operations, sales, or relationship management of high-net-worth clients
    • Credit analysis and appraisal experience
