Duties and Responsibilities

  1. To receive and direct visitors to relevant officers with permission of the officers
  2. To keep and maintain visitors register
  3. To receive and direct telephone calls to relevant staff
  4. To keep incoming and outgoing calls register
  5. To maintain switchboard cleanliness
  6. To report on telephone defects promptly
  7. To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Holder of Form IV or Form VI certificate with passes in English and Kiswahili and who has Certificate in Telephone Operation, Reception, Front Office or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Managing front desk operations
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Providing basic administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
