JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager to ensure that our food preparation, presentation and service meet the highest standards of quality, safety and consistency. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and excellent dining experience for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect food preparation processes to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Monitor ingredient quality, freshness and storage conditions.
- Ensure consistency in food presentation, taste and portion sizes.
- Conduct staff training sessions on food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Enforce compliance with local health codes and restaurant policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in the food service industry or quality control.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Food safety certification is an advantage.
- Ability to train and mentor staff on best practices.
