Role Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Control & Assurance Officer to ensure all project activities meet the required quality standards. This crucial role involves inspection, documentation, and compliance with engineering and construction specifications for solar energy projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Quality Control & Assurance Officer will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing QA/QC plans and procedures for the project.
- Conducting inspections of materials, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Monitoring and documenting work progress and quality checks at each stage.
- Identifying, reporting, and resolving non-conformities.
- Preparing QA/QC reports and maintaining accurate records of inspections and testing.
- Working closely with site engineers, contractors, and project management teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or a related field.
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience in QA/QC within EPC, constructions, or renewable energy projects.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality project delivery.

Added Advantage: Experience with constructions projects or related will be an added advantage. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ISO standards and safety management systems. Skills: Excellent attention to detail, reporting, and organizational skills.
