JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

The Protocol Officer will be the primary point of contact for VIPs, dignitaries, speakers, and special guests attending the Osborns Exhibition. You will ensure they receive a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and escort VIPs and special guests upon arrival at the exhibition.
• Manage VIP schedules, seating, and hospitality needs.
• Act as a liaison between VIPs and the exhibition management team.
• Ensure all special guests are comfortable and have their needs met.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with tact and poise.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
