The organization is offering a Project Controls Intern opportunity designed to provide university students with practical experience in Human Resources operations and administrative support within a professional project environment. The internship enables students to gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and project coordination while developing practical workplace skills.
The successful intern will work closely with the Human Resources team, supporting day-to-day HR activities, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, maintaining HR records, and contributing to various departmental projects. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to build professional experience while applying academic knowledge in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and coordinating interviews
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate recruitment information
- Support the implementation of Human Resources projects, including employee engagement and training initiatives
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned HR projects
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and related administrative records
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and collecting staff feedback
- Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and electronic HR records
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
- Assist in preparing Human Resources reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Provide administrative support for various Human Resources activities and projects as assigned
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Human Resources department to support daily operations
Qualifications Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or another related field from a recognized university
- Must provide an official introduction letter from the university
- Must submit a valid student identification card
- Must provide a partial academic transcript or testimonial demonstrating current academic performance with a minimum Upper Second-Class standing
- Must be available to work full-time throughout the internship period
- Must submit a formal internship application letter
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and record management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn and develop professional Human Resources competencies
