About Mogo

Mogo Credit Limited (hereafter referred to as Mogo) is a microfinance firm licensed in Tanzania by the Bank of Tanzania (BOT) as a Boda Boda and Tuk-Tuk (Bajaji) Credit Provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, quotation requests, negotiations, and purchase order placement
  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of required materials or services
  • Evaluate supplier performance and support supplier selection processes
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Support cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with ERP or procurement systems
  • Knowledge of supply chain or logistics process
